Hatha Yoga – Hatha yoga promotes balancing of the mind and body via physical postures or “asanas”, purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength, and are practiced to improve the body’s physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation. This class is a combination of strength, balance and flexibility to improve concentration and awareness while reducing stress.
Laughter Yoga – This class is a unique experience which incorporates laughter exercise with yoga breathing to bring more oxygen to the body and the brain, resulting in a boost of energy and health. Laughter yoga classes will be held once a month: To Be Announced.
